Limits: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit. This limit will be enforced.We deserve the right to screen our tenants for safety & security reason. NOTES & RESTRICTIONS: No smoking in the condo. This is a family Community and NO noisy parties are permitted. Only persons listed in the agreement are allowed to occupy the premises or use the pool. Occupancy Noise Permit: After 9 PM, please be considerate of your neighbors. Noise on the balcony, deck, or walkway, can disturb those wishing to retire early. Also, be aware that Ocean City had a noise ordinance, which will be enforced. Profanity and/or Unruly Behavior: At all times, please exhibit good and responsible behavior in all public areas around the condo. Horseplay and unruly behavior is prohibited, as is the use of vulgar or profane language. Do not throw any items from the balcony or deck. In short, be considerate of other guests and your neighbors. And, this policy is in your best interest so that you enjoy your vacation. WARNING Article VI of the Noise Control Ordinance (Chapter 67 Ocean City Code). In accordance with O.C Noise Ordinance, no resident shall cause excessive or disruptive noise (either day or night); improper behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. For those who disregard the noise ordinance, the law provides for criminal sanctions against those creating or permitting unlawful noise and civil penalties for property owners who fail to control noise emanating from their properties. Noisy tenants can be evicted, fined up to $500.00 and jailed for up to five days. The same criminal penalties also can be applied to the property owner or other person in control of the property.
